if you have a history of drug abuse should your probation officer make you attend treatment classes?

HE went 8 months without a drug test and can that be used as a defence at a revacation hearing to avoid jail and get into treatment or classes
The po didnt drug test him for 8 months he was clean for those eight months

A probation officer is only required to enforce the rules and judgment of the court!

The probationer was most assuredly advised to abstain from further drug use!

There’s only ONE self to blame…the probationer!
