Rush Limbaugh said that the "anti-capitalist lefties" fabricated data linking smoking and heart disease since they wanted to stop capitalism. Unlike most other US products, exports of US cigarettes to poor countries are way up and lefties can’t stand an American companies lie Philip Morris making profits off their brilliant products.

Well, it could be all the Oxycontin or the booze. Or possibly the crack cocaine he is rumored to use regularly. Or possibly all the Viagra he takes before he screws modest Dominican boys. Or the disgusting stout slob’s piggy waist line. Or possibly a reaction to all the blubber removal surgery the filthy pig has had.
Who cares? When he’s gone, only the insane will mourn.
